  • Writing assessment reports for each candidate with a detailed summary of strengths, limitations and areas that will need further development
  • Advising on and assisting with the use of psychometric testing
  • Preparing questions for the interview panel based on the psychometric profiles
  • Assisting the interview panel to make robust decisions about selection
