Mike Udin BSc, Chartered FCIPD
Associate Consultant

Mike is a highly experienced management development consultant working extensively within the public and corporate sectors, in the UK and internationally. He has delivered a wide range of development programmes to sectors that include banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, transport, housing and the health sector. His focus is on enabling personal and team awareness and in helping individuals to develop their management and leadership capability to achieve their full potential.

Mike is an outstanding presenter, able to work creatively with large and small groups, and is a very skilled facilitator of team events and an experienced coach.

Alison Freer BA (hons) MCIPD
Associate Consultant

Alison is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer, specialising in working with groups and individual who lead and are affected by organisational change and transition. With over 13 years management consulting experience, Alison has worked with clients in the health, engineering, IT and enterprise development sectors. Alison’s goal is to enable people to be themselves at work and to maximise their personal effectiveness in doing so. Alison is a qualified psychometrics practitioner and coach.

Dean Taylor MSc, CPsychol
Associate Consultant

Dean is a chartered occupational psychologist with an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University. Since 1994 his work has focused on identifying and developing leadership and team potential. In industry, he has worked extensively at senior levels within the manufacturing and financial sectors. In the public sector, his experience spans central and local government, police services, and extensive work within the NHS. His specialist skills include the design and application of assessment processes for selection and development; management and leadership training; competency framework design; and team development.

Richard Boston CPsychol
Associate Consultant

Richard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a passion for developing individuals, teams and organisations. His approach varies depending on the needs of the client, but invariably draws upon his skills, experience and perspective as an executive coach.

Richard has worked in the UK and Australia for three successful consultancies, designing and running assessment, coaching and leadership development interventions for the likes of Siemens, Ernst & Young, Department for Constitutional Affairs, Shell, Royal Bank of Scotland and the British Library.

Dr Peter Gruenewald MD
Associate Consultant

Peter is founder and managing director of HeartSpheres Ltd.

He provides group and 1:1 coaching and training for organisations and individuals for developing resilience, emotional intelligence and to manage stress and to enhance performance. He also conducts sessions within leadership development programmes at

  • National College for Leadership in Schools and Children’s Services

Peter’s clients span from business schools in the UK and Germany, corporate business, public services, educational and health organisations.

Patricia Mallett MSc, CPsychol, Occupational Psychologist
Associate Consultant

As a business psychologist, Patricia’s focus is to enable people, teams and organisations to become more effective. A key area of expertise is as an executive coach. She also has extensive experience in assessing senior executives and in building top teams. Typically, she works at senior levels with clients in blue chip and smaller organisations, and across both public and private sectors. She has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, and a Certificate in Coaching Skills. She holds Chartered Psychologist and Occupational Psychologist status, and is a member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council, and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology.

Amanda Pigny MSc MCIPD
Associate Consultant

Mandy holds an MSc in occupational psychology and is a chartered member of the CIPD. Having begun her corporate career in human resources she moved to consultancy and has over 15 years’ experience specialising in the design and delivery of assessment and development centres for public and private sector clients.

With a keen interest and breadth of experience in assessment methodology and psychometrics, she has a particular focus on designing quality driven solutions that are bespoke to client needs and which put the candidate and participant experience at the heart of this, managing difficult situations sensitively and flexibly.

Felicity Gibling, BSc, MSc, PhD, AFBPsS
Associate Consultant

Felicity is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a degree in Psychology from York University, PhD in facial memory from Aberdeen University and MSc in Occupational Psychology from Hertfordshire University. She is a passionate advocate of personal growth, development and change and focuses on assisting clients to achieve their strategic goals through developing the potential and diversity of their people and teams. An experienced business psychologist, she has extensive experience in assessment, psychometrics, coaching, recruitment and selection, training, organisational development and culture. She has worked nationally and internationally in a variety of sectors and organisations, including gas and oil industry, local authority, police and law enforcement, prison service and the NHS. She has managed a wide variety of high profile projects, and continues to work on large-scale nationwide psychological assessment for high profile roles, culture change for organizational development in the public sector, and developing leadership potential through coaching.
