When you consider the many challenges facing NHS organisations and clinicians, the sometimes deep- rooted issues of culture and values, the extreme levels of external scrutiny together with the significant changes to the medical profession in recent years, it is no surprise that some may find it a difficult climate in which to thrive.

Using only proven techniques, and with a basis in organisational and occupational psychology, we work with our clients at three levels: the individual doctor, multi professional teams and the organisation.
