
Led by Dr Jenny King, Edgecumbe Health is part of the Edgecumbe Group. Our health sector team is a blend of occupational, organisational and clinical psychologists, learning and development professionals and HR consultants. It includes an outstanding group of associate consultants with whom we work on a regular basis.

Jenny is one of the founders of Edgecumbe. An occupational psychologist with a doctorate from Oxford University, Jenny's work in the health sector has made a significant contribution to the medical profession. She was at the forefront of the introduction of medical appraisal and she has designed and led leadership and professional skills programmes for clinicians. She is acknowledged nationally and internationally for her work in the assessment and remediation of doctors in difficulty and for her work in conflict resolution with clinical teams.
Jenny is a founder member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology.

David is one of the founders of Edgecumbe. He has been consulting in occupational psychology for over 20 years since completing his doctorate at Oxford. He works throughout the world with clients in a wide range of organisations. Most of his work is in top team development and leadership development. He is a specialist in the assessment of business leaders. He is an associate fellow of the Saïd Business School, Oxford where he contributes to their executive education programmes. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners in recognition of his early work in the field of doctor patient communication.

Megan is an organisational and clinical psychologist who works mainly in the assessment and development of senior people, including doctors. She is particularly interested in how the individual and the system influence one another.
Through her work with NCAS and with clinicians from all over the UK, Megan has become a leading authority in Doctors and Teams in difficulty.
Her experience extends to the development of leadership teams, leading change, and experiential learning. She is also an executive coach and facilitator.

Jon holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Management Development & Organisational Change, both from the University of Bristol. Following a successful consulting career as an occupational psychologist, he was appointed Organisation Development Manager and then Head of Learning & Development for a major UK energy business, from where he joined Edgecumbe in 2008.
His main areas of interest are senior management assessment and development, succession management, employee engagement and organisational change. He has extensive UK and international experience of business integration and reorganisation.

Caroline is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 20 years Human Resources and Organisational Development experience both within the private and public sectors, much of it in the NHS.
Caroline heads up Edgecumbe’s medical appraisal work which includes appraiser training, multi source feedback, quality assurance of appraisal systems and consulting on appraisal strategy.
