Skills in influencing, persuasion and negotiation

In the current climate, the phrase "doing more with less" is becoming something of a mantra. To achieve this requires sustained engagement of colleagues at a number of levels – and this in turn requires influencing skills.

Drawing on our combined expertise, we offer a practical workshop based on evidence and practice from psychology, business and specific health sector examples.

By the end of the workshop you will

  • Learn a range of specific skills to suit different situations you are likely to encounter in your work
  • Gain further insights into how to engage senior doctors

  • Share experiences with colleagues facing similar challenges – and learn strategies from one another
